Digital download policy
Crafted Treasures Shop sells digital craft files only. No physical item is shipped. This page explains what buyers receive and how to get help quickly.
How delivery works
After Stripe confirms payment, download buttons appear on the thank-you page. We also send a buyer email with secure download links. Smaller files may be attached when email delivery is reliable.
What files may be included
Cross-stitch patterns usually include a standard PDF and a Pattern Keeper-compatible PDF. Printable products may be delivered as PDF or ZIP files.
If the email does not arrive
- Check spam, junk, Promotions, and Social tabs.
- Use the download buttons shown after checkout.
- Contact us with your Stripe receipt email if the link is missing.
Refunds and help
Because files are digital and delivered instantly, completed downloads are generally not returnable like a physical item. If a file is missing, broken, or not as described, contact us and we will help fix the issue.
Personal use
Purchased files are for the buyer's personal stitching and planning use. Please do not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the files.
Security note
Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. We do not ask buyers to create an account to purchase a digital download.
